April and May will be slightly warmer than normal, with rainfall near normal in the north and below normal in the south. Summer temperatures will be slightly below normal along the coast and hotter than normal inland. Rainfall will be near normal in the north and above normal in the south. The hottest periods will be in mid-June and early and late July. September and October will be warmer and drier than normal.
