How many cups of sweet potato do 4 large potatoes make? I am using canned ones.
Hi, Tanya. Good question. We’re happy to help. Four large sweet potatoes will yield about 6 cups mashed.
This is a staple at all of our family gatherings. I have family members who are lactose intolerant so I use almond milk instead of cream. I also steam peeled potatoes instead of baking. I have made this a day or two ahead of the meal but I don’t put the toppings on until I am ready to bake. Always a hit!
Sadly we're having a tiny Thanksgiving this year, but will definitely make this for Christmas or New Years!! It looks F.A.B.!! Already shared to my family & friends!!
