Planet Neptune in the sky is also exactly opposite our natal Neptune. Neptune rules dreams, visions, illusions and delusions. This is a strong indication that things may not be quite as they seem. Look for hidden agendas and behind the scenes manipulations in events as they are reported to us. It is always good to ponder who benefits from official edicts and demands.
