I think that cutting hair must be done in the right moon and the moon in the right sign. I think that you should cut your hair in a crescent (best) or full moon for growth. The moon phase should be combined with a sign in Libra or Taurus are the best. Maybe Capricorn? I would never cut my hair on a water sign. That is the general idea, then if you want to be more specific, you can combine the moon with a good astrology house... That is getting more in depth... Where you live has a lot to do with when you should cut your hair.
