Best Days to cut hair to discourage growth

Is this for shaving ?

I grew up reading the Almanac with my parents, who conducted their lives by the dates!!! I use the calendar for several life issues and thank you for always being CORRECT!!!

I haven't had my hair cut in months (last haircut March 24) because I use the dates they recommend.

Why can't I find a day in April to have my hair cut to discourage growth, I can't wait until May

I find it difficult to use your system here. I cannot figure out how to draw down the calendars I need. I like the old way, it was simpler.
